Campaign Announcement

Zach Rodriguez announces candidacy for Kenosha County Clerk of Courts.

KENOSHA, Wis. — Zach Rodriguez, a lifelong Kenosha County resident, small business owner, former three-term Kenosha County Supervisor, and court services professional, today announced his candidacy for Kenosha County Clerk of Courts.

Rodriguez is seeking the office with a commitment to maintaining an efficient, accessible, and transparent court system that serves the needs of attorneys, judges, litigants, jurors, victims, and the public.

"For years, I have had the opportunity to work alongside attorneys, court personnel, law enforcement agencies, and everyday citizens navigating the legal system," Rodriguez said. "I understand that many people interact with the courts during some of the most difficult and stressful moments of their lives. The Clerk of Courts office plays a critical role in ensuring those individuals are treated with professionalism, respect, and fairness."

As the owner of a local investigations and court services firm, Rodriguez has spent years working directly within Wisconsin's judicial system. He has contracted with the Wisconsin State Public Defender's Office and assisted individuals, families, attorneys, businesses, and government agencies with matters involving family court, criminal cases, civil litigation, restraining orders, and federal court proceedings. He has also worked extensively with self-represented litigants, helping them understand procedural requirements, service obligations, and court deadlines.

That experience, Rodriguez says, has provided him with a firsthand understanding of how the courts operate and of the challenges citizens often face when navigating legal processes.

In addition to his professional experience, Rodriguez served three terms on the Kenosha County Board, where he developed a reputation for constituent service, fiscal responsibility, and government transparency. During his tenure, he worked to improve access to public records, supported public safety initiatives, advocated for responsible budgeting practices, and helped secure investments in county facilities and services.

"Whether serving constituents on the County Board or helping individuals through my professional work, my focus has always been on helping people solve problems and navigate complex systems," Rodriguez said. "The Clerk of Courts office is not about politics, it is about service, accuracy, accountability, and ensuring the judicial system functions effectively for everyone."

Rodriguez enters the race with the support of numerous local leaders and community members, including Congressman Bryan Steil, reflecting a broad coalition of support built through years of public service and community involvement.

If elected, Rodriguez pledged to prioritize customer service, operational efficiency, accurate recordkeeping, and accessibility while preserving the integrity and independence of the judicial system.

"I believe my combination of court system experience, public service, and private secotor management background uniquely prepares me to serve as Kenosha County's next Clerk of Courts," Rodriguez said. "I look forward to earning the trust and support of voters and continuing my commitment to serving the people of Kenosha County."
